Welcome to RedRoom Studios, New Zealand’s premiere recording studio getaway, nestled in the hills of Puhoi, just 40 minutes’ drive from Auckland CBD.

Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, we provide a creative sanctuary for our artists and clients to fully immerse themselves in their projects without distraction. With world-class equipment, a body of work that includes multi award-winning albums and a dedicated team of highly talented engineers and producers, RedRoom Studios is your new musical home.

Recording

For over a decade, Redroom Studios has recorded almost every type of artist and genre to the highest standard and we've loved (almost) every minute of it! Although our former-church studio is a thing of beauty, we also offer live multi-track recording outside of the recording studio. These include live concerts, broadcast, concert films, or any musical event. We can handle anything from a one man band to a large 128 channel ensemble.

Mixing

Recorded elsewhere? No problem (although we do question your judgement a little)! Our mixing workflow utilizes the best of both analog and digital worlds thanks to the combination of vintage outboard equipment for character and tone along with the industry standard Protools ultimate software and Protools HD hardware.

Mastering

At Redroom we can master any genre for any digital medium. We have years of experience and understand exactly how to polish and standardize your project to your specifications, demands and requirements.

Commercial

When it comes to range of skills, we've got you covered! RedRoom Studios has successfully worked on a wide variety of projects, from TV commercials, TV series, documentaries, short films and even gaming.
